Argentine Engineering. World-Class Standards. We design the production strategies that push shale to its efficiency frontier — autonomous, connected and sustainable by design.
Shale wells are engineered and optimized for flowback and early production — the first chapter of a much longer story. At Neolift we design the production strategies for everything that follows: unlocking efficiency through semi-flowing and mature stages, where the real sustainability of the asset is decided.
Just as autonomous cars drive themselves, our systems run the well on their own. The engineer sets what the well has to achieve and the limits it has to respect; from there HM Autopilot takes over — reading the pump, the rod string and the well's response in real time, and governing stroke, speed and motion to get there. Stroke by stroke, always connected. People set the strategy; the system executes it 24/7.
Every detail is engineered to extend the well's runlife and minimize NPT: smooth rod control, diagnostics that pinpoint fatigue and wear by depth before either turns into a failure, fewer moving parts. And our patented mounting technology — the only one that installs on shale's high-pressure wellheads without concrete foundations, piles, wellhead modifications or touching pressure barriers — makes even the workover unnecessary.
We're powering the industry's shift toward maximum efficiency: faster early production, fewer failures and losses, and a smaller energy and carbon footprint per barrel. Our way of doing it — engineering, equipment and field service working as one, following your production intelligently.
Assembly this simple is the whole point: from arrival to pumping in just hours.
When you redesign the operating strategy, the equipment follows. Our Digital Linear Unit replaces the gearboxes, belts and manual balancing of a traditional pumping unit with a single hydraulic linear drive and a digital brain. +12 years of operating heritage and 400+ units in the field, re-engineered by Neolift for the toughest shale conditions.
A glimpse of the brain. Always watching, stroke by stroke.
We are an engineering company. We develop and deliver solutions that optimize production in unconventional wells — engineering, equipment and field service, with our people on location. Measuring every well in real time lets us resolve what the classical theory of rod pumping, written for vertical wells, cannot describe in a two-mile deviated string — and operate with strategies that simply weren't available before.
No, not blockchain — smarter contracts. Rental and as-a-service models that follow the life of your field: scale up when wells demand it, scale down when they don't. Your lifting strategy stops being CAPEX — and OpEx follows the well, not the other way around.
A smaller surface footprint per well. Wells can sit closer — more per pad, fewer workover interferences. No foundations, no wellhead changes.

Already transforming Vaca Muerta — the world's second-largest shale play
We are an Argentine engineering and technology company. We develop and deliver solutions that optimize production in unconventional wells, bringing together our own engineering, the equipment we build and field service. Vaca Muerta is where we were born and where our people work every day, on location. We build on Tier 1 components and international supply chains. Ready for global markets.
Three fronts that work as one. Engineering: we diagnose the well, the rod string and the pump in real time, and the production strategy comes out of that. Equipment: hydraulic pumping units governed by our own control system, HM Autopilot. Service: we operate those systems in the field under Smart Rental Contracts, so a well is accompanied for its whole life and not simply equipped once.
Conventional artificial lift was designed for stable vertical wells — and so was the theory used to analyse it. We start from the other end: every solution we develop is conceived for what an unconventional well actually demands, and it is proven there. Today that takes the shape of hydraulic units and real-time control. The form can change; the focus will not. It is what lets us cut non-productive time by up to 90% against our own baseline.
HSE by design, not a layer added afterwards: less exposure for our people, active leak prevention, lighter intervention on location, efficiency and fewer emissions. Against a reference installation: no concrete, 92% fewer field man-hours, 82% less diesel, up to 90% lower CO₂. And the same system that runs the well looks after the equipment — HM Autopilot tracks the oil balance in real time and watches the critical points through on-board cameras and video analytics. Redundant systems and AI sustaining operational excellence: the Neolift commitment.
Our units arrive at location assembled and skid-mounted. We set them with light cranes directly on the wellhead — no concrete foundations, no piles, no wellhead modifications, and without touching a single pressure barrier. Assembly takes about four hours: the same day, a unit is transported, installed, started and producing.
In Vaca Muerta: our people on location and our own operations in Neuquén. Everything is proven there, and none of it stays there: international supply chain, Argentine engineering, systems for any unconventional basin.
